TIPS

Tip - Multiple Trace Files

This command will create 10 files that are 8MB each that will start with the filename files.

tshark –b filesize:8000 –b files:10 –w files.cap

Tip - Drag and Drop

You can now drag your trace file from Windows Explorer directly into Wireshark.

If you drag more than one file, Wireshark will merge them.
